So my interview process is done with. Now it is completely in God's hands. I feel like I am a better person because of the interview process and that I will also be a better leader because of it. I should have an answer next week sometime.
I have applied for another position at Willow Creek Community Church in Chi-town. It is there next gen audio director. It would be a great job for me but I would have to leave Windsor and St. Louis to get it. So we'll see what God has in store for me.

I picked up the new Crowder yesterday and am really enjoying it. I will post something about it later this weekend. Right now, I am off to the lake to enjoy one last weekend away.
